If you are not happy with the product then returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund(this doesnt apply to personalised items).



Please notify by e-mail first (e-mail contact@mistyblue.co.uk)
The item must be returned in its original packaging, the refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage costs for a general return.
If on the rare occasion the item is damaged/marked/wrong then please send us a photo of the item and we can replace or refund.

Personalised Items:
Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
If the item is defective or we have made an error we will gladly either refund or replace the item if time permits.  Please notify us within 3 days of arrival email contact@mistyblue.co.uk
